Convenient location to the hospital. Probably 10 minutes drive to hospital. The moteliers were accommodating and friendly. Close to laundromat and amenities.

Friendly enviroment & the units are very tidy & always up to standard with the cleanliness always makes the stay welcoming. The outdoor pool & private spa is very good value that deserves to be put to good use every time we stay. The staff & the cleaners are very helpful & always show respect to guests along with lovely smiles all round. Mjy son & I have stayed here a few times & is always priority if in Tauranga. The room was as advertised, pictures on the website are accurate to see what you are getting in terms of decoration and decor. We had the family unit with private thermal pool. For our money we were more than happy with the amenities. The unit is cosy and comfortable. We asked for a late check out on Sunday which was no problem for the staff. The motor inn is situated across the road from Welcome Bay - and 5 mins drive from Fraser Cove shopping centre. The big pool is heated and lovely at night. Friendly helpful staff.

We loved the spa bath and how you could relax in it while watching T.V, was definitely our favourite thing. Also the nice big bed which was very comfortable as we had the best sleep, loved the fresh clean white linen. Loved the friendly, helpful staff as well, Thank you very much for relocating us into another room because the jets weren't working on the spa bath and also for sorting the Sky T.V. We have stayed here a few times before and have loved our stays every time, Thank you Bennetts! See you again soon =)

I liked the price for what we got over two nights and having our own thermal mineral pool. We even got some milk and the main pool was also heated.

I was delightfully surprised that we got a bed with upstairs beds as well. Having the 'hot tub' made our stay extra awesome

The accommodation was in a really good location with accessible parking and despite being on a busy road it was quite quiet where the units were located. Everything went smoothly when we checked in and the person was friendly and engaging. Enjoyed a dip in the hot pool and the room was clean.

Beautiful location with nice rooms. Kids and teenagers loved the thermal pool, especially after a day of roaming. Easy check in and plenty of parking. Beds were comfy and kitchen well equipped. The spa bath upstairs was amazing!!!!

Upon arrival spoke with Jason (not sure if he is the owner or manger) but he was very welcoming and polite. Asked for credit card and ID, checked us in, gave our key to room 16, explained to us that the cleaner might be still to clean our private thermal pool to allow them access, which we didn't mind, Jason also gave us the password for wifi which is handy when travelling with a baby for tablet time. He explained clearly where our room was and that we also had 1 car parking space for us outside our room which was awesome. Got to our room room and spoke with the cleaner guy (Maori man) he had just finished cleaning our spa and it was just filling up. He was very welcoming to us had a little korero (talk) with us and was very friendly and kind. We then proceeded to check our room and the cleanliness of the room was very clean and tidy and also smelt clean. It felt comfortable and relaxing for a older style motel. It is abit out dated but that didn't affect our stay for the value of money. Definitely would return next time we are back in Tauranga Moana. And also would recommend to other family and friends. Another bonus was that they weren't an emergency housing motel as this would of definitely ruined our stay, from previous experience with EH Motels.
